POINT OF SALE
DESIGNING FOR BRAND ENGAGEMENT ON THE STORE SHELF
I bring extensive experience designing retail displays and point-of-sale materials that strengthen brand presence and drive purchasing decisions at the shelf. My work includes developing retail graphics, in-store signage systems, and promotional print materials that integrate seamlessly into the retail environment while maintaining rigorous brand consistency.
I have developed event logos and cohesive visual systems for brand activations and consumer promotions, including work with Anheuser-Busch and additional national clients. From initial concept development through production-ready file preparation, I understand the full technical and logistical pipeline of retail display design, ensuring every piece is not only visually compelling but operationally sound within real-world retail environments.
FEATURED PROJECT
STANLEY STEEMER RETAIL PRODUCT DESIGN
Engaged by a regional creative agency, I was brought in to develop an innovative in-store retail solution for Stanley Steemer, a brand traditionally associated with in-home services, as they explored opportunities to expand their product presence directly onto retail shelves.
I developed two distinct product concepts: a handheld pretreated sponge system with replaceable, disposable sponge heads, and a retail-packaged latex glove solution in which each glove featured a palm-embedded sponge pre-loaded with stain-removing solution. The gloves were designed to invert on removal, keeping the soiled sponge contained for hygienic disposal.
Both concepts were presented with brand-compliant packaging designs and visualized within realistic retail display environments, demonstrating shelf viability and consumer appeal. Both concepts were patented, with me listed as the inventor.
