LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

CRAFTING ENGAGING CORPORATE LEARNING EXPERIENCES

In partnership with Librix, I contribute to the development of corporate training modules, eLearning materials, and internal communication campaigns for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. Each engagement presents unique challenges, as no two projects share the same subject matter, brand standards, or organizational culture, making adaptive creative strategy essential to delivering effective learning outcomes.

By continuously expanding my expertise across communication formats and learning modalities, I am able to translate complex subject matter into engaging, brand-aligned video modules. Whether the solution calls for scenario-based storytelling, animated step-by-step process visualization, workflow overviews, or branded character animation, every creative approach is developed in direct service of the client's defined learning objectives and instructional design requirements.

FEATURED PROJECT

SHELL WIND POWER MODULE

A video training module showcasing Shell's wind power innovations required a sophisticated, multi-technique production approach to effectively communicate highly technical subject matter to an internal audience of employees and partners.

Detailed technical specifications were visualized through 3D modeling and enhanced with layered motion graphics. By integrating a cross-section of software platforms and animation styles, we created a visually compelling and informative experience that brought the complexities of Shell's wind energy solutions to life.

A purpose-written script fused strategic messaging with high-quality visual assets to deliver an impactful benefit-and-solutions module. The result was a polished, brand-consistent production that met Shell's defined communication objectives while making complex technical information genuinely accessible to a non-specialist internal audience.
